All Pro Dumpster Rental, LLC is owned and operated by father and son team, Raymond and Justin McSpadden. After building a successful auto repair business, Raymond retired from the automotive world in 2021, but if you know Raymond, you will understand that he is not the type to retire. In 2024, he and Justin started All Pro Dumpster Rental, LLC to offer a reliable, affordable and expedient means of disposing unwanted items from your home or business.
Born in the Phoenix area, Raymond has called Hays County home since the age of 12 and is a graduate of Hays High School. He has three sons (all graduates of Hays High School also) and one daughter (graduate of Johnson High School). He enjoys dirt car racing, spending time with family and travelling with his wife, Dianne.
Justin was born and raised in Hays County and after living in the Denver, Colorado area for a few years, he has returned to Texas with his wife, Vallery. Justin enjoys all outside activities as long as the sun is shining and spending time with Vallery and their two dogs.
